NON-FINANCIAL AND NON-INVESTMENT DISCLAIMER FOR OLD ROCK NFT PROJECT
This document (the "DISCLAIMER") is provided by Old Rock, a gaming and entertainment company ("the COMPANY"), to clarify the nature of itself, the NFT collections ("COLLECTIONs"), and the $DENSITY contract/token ("$DENSITY"). By participating in or interacting with the Old Rock NFT project ("the PROJECT"), including but not limited to the minting, purchase, or use of NFTs and tokens, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Disclaimer.
Nature of the PROJECT: the COMPANY declares that it is a gaming and entertainment company, and the COLLECTIONs it distributes are collectibles for entertainment purposes only. The Old Rock NFTs were a free mint and were not used to generate capital through the sale of any financial instrument or product.
Expectation of Profit: There is no expectation of profit for any participant in the PROJECT. The COLLECTIONs are intended solely for collectible and gaming purposes, and no representations are made regarding potential financial gains.
Ownership and Voting: No part of the COMPANY belongs to the community. There is no voting mechanism, and participants do not hold any ownership interest in the COMPANY or its assets.
Shares and Shareholders: the COMPANY does not have public shares or public shareholders of any kind. The project is owned by and entirely funded by its founders, and no ownership rights are conferred to external parties.
Investors: The entire PROJECT is funded exclusively by its founders, and there is no solicitation of external investment for the COMPANY or the PROJECT.
Goliath Collection: The Goliath collection (“GOLIATH"), offered for sale as NFTs, does not provide or accrue any token. GOLIATH’s multi-purpose use is explicitly detailed in this document's pages, and by itself, ownership of a GOLIATH provides no financial benefits or tokens.
$DENSITY Contract/Token: The $DENSITY contract/token is not for sale, and there will be no Initial Public Offering (IPO), Initial Coin Offering (ICO), or any other fundraising implementation. The $DENSITY token is freely distributed to holders of our free Old Rock NFTs and is exclusively intended for gaming purposes. While there may be 3rd party swapping options in the future for various tokens, no fiat on/off ramps will be provided for the $DENSITY token. Participants acknowledge that the $DENSITY token holds no inherent financial value and is a non-monetary token provided for gaming engagement.
Modification of Disclaimer: the COMPANY reserves the right to modify or update this Disclaimer at any time. Participants are encouraged to review this document periodically for changes.

"DYOR encourages buyers to research and understand cryptocurrencies and crypto assets so they can answer precisely why they are buying or supporting a project. The term is also often used as a disclaimer when crypto traders and enthusiasts make public posts or share their market analyses on social media platforms."
